We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven project manager or operations manager with experience managing technology accounts. This role involves overseeing multiple client engagements, ensuring smooth project execution, optimizing operational workflows, and driving strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology-focused projects, client management, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage technology-based projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution.
- Oversee client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for technical accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, QA, product, and support teams, to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize workflows and improve service delivery.
- Monitor key performance indicators and drive continuous improvements.
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments to ensure projects stay on track.
- Facilitate team meetings, project updates, and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and best practices.
- Identify and mitigate risks proactively, addressing challenges before they impact project success.
Requirements:
- Five or more years of experience in project management or operations management, preferably in the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles, Agile methodologies, and technical project execution.
- Proven experience handling client accounts in a tech-driven environment.
- Ability to analyze data and optimize operational processes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Experience working with remote or distributed teams is a plus.
